Nutrition & Healthy Meals
Kids First Academy nourishes its students not only through our program curriculum but also through healthy home-cooked meals following USDA food guidelines prepared in the kitchen at the preschool. We participate in the US Dept of Agriculture (USDA), Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) through Building Better Communities Foundation. They conduct on-site monitoring visits of our facility to review the meal services and ensure that we are serving healthy meals with sensible portions.
Breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m. Morning snack is served at 10:30 a.m. Lunch is served at 12:30 p.m. Early Supper is served at 3:30 p.m. Please review two samples of our rotating menus below and be sure to let us know of any questions.
